The builders’ agents at the model homes are fantastic to work with.  There is only one problem… They represent the builder and the builders best interest. This means that you do not have anyone with industry experience in your corner and most builders will not discount the price of the home for you if you do not have representation.

In order for me to represent you in buying new construction, you must either call me and schedule an appointment to go and visit the model homes together, or print out “I’m working with Ron” and bring it to the builders with you and call me later to schedule a meeting. You cannot give your name to any of the builder's representatives without doing one of these two things and still get the representation and cash back you deserve.
